Through the love of cooking and authentic family recipes, Pat Fettig, Brett and Dadnitri Johnson started a Venezuelan Food Truck in the Greater Cincinnati area in the Spring of 2014. When Dadnitri moved to Cincinnati from Caracas, Venezuela in June of 2012 and married Brett, a lot had changed for her. Because she missed home so much, the three of them decided to start a food truck that would bring a taste of Dadnitri’s home to Cincinnati. With Pat’s marketing and market research background, Brett’s experience in the food and hospitality industry, and Dadnitri's recipes, The food truck was the perfect idea.
Since then, they have expanded their food truck into a brick and mortar location in the heart of Downtown Mason. There they have found an amazing welcoming for Venezuelan Street Food. They have expanded their menu to include items such as Arepas, Tostones, Tequeños, Quesillo, Tres Leches, Fruit Juices, Hallacas, Pan de Jamón, Plato Navideño, Parrilla, Pabellón, Asado Negro and more! They are able to cater any party, office meeting, corporate event, weddings, birthdays, etc. They offer a wide range of choices and flavors that you can customize for any occasion!
